Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase is required to qualify for free shipping.

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed. This email will contain your order number and details of the items you have ordered.
  • Processing Delays: In the event of high order volume or other unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be delayed. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer several shipping methods to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 7-21 days (Free Shipping)
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days (additional charges apply)

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

  • Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number(s).
  • Order Tracking: You can track your order using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email. Tracking information is also available in your account under the order history section.

Shipping Destinations

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Retain all packaging materials and products, as they may be required for the claims process.
  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can initiate a claim with the carrier and work towards a resolution.

Address Changes

If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@everdure.shop or +1 607 346 7468. We will do our best to accommodate address change requests, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order is processed.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete before submitting your order. Everdure Shop is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
